Peace And Devotion in Nasser Al-Shaikh Ahmed's Poetry

       With the realistic dogma of humanity, consisting through the common assumption of life as a norm of reality, Nasser Al-Shaikh Ahmed fundamentally and realistically is wooed to motivate for nursing humanity, basing on peace and devotion. He enlightens, 

 peace is a useful overarching measure of progress in society and it tends to grow in an environment of goodness, and, the quest to define peace as a concept and set of values is as old as recorded history

The effort to define peace more systematically, and within a rational and humanist path  based on knowledge, and on clearly defined methodologies for analysing  a more modern invention, common across culture worldwide.

           Nasser Al- Saikh Ahmed has carried the perfect accord, twisting with turns through truth where patience is sensified with skills.Thus, he writes,


' The course of perfect accord can be proved

Even with twists and turns, like awinding grooved

Wars keep interfering , killing us with rockets ,

Driving us to question if repose is just brackets.


No reconciliation can be achieved and true ,

If there were no obstacles and bumps to get through,

Testing our patience, our strength and our will,

Making us wonder if we ever have the skill.'1

        Magnitudally speaking, Nasser Al-Shaikh Ahmed intakes himself, the quest to define peace has become even more significant in recent times. Deaths from violent crimes have continued to decline over the decades, and the likelihood of a power struggle between major world powers at its most likely point since the Cold War. In addition, terrorism has spread to more countries and battle-related deaths have been increasing. Therefore, he supports

peace cherishing truce through the guiding of light , being sunny and brightness.Thus, he writes,


' But through the hardships and the strife,

We will learn the cherish truce in our life,

To hold on to and never let go,

To wheather the storms and the ebb and flow.


For nothing worth having comes easy,

All things in time are heard and queasy,

But the concord as our guiding light ,

This world would be sunny and bright.'2

           It's to say openly that peace in life strains from acquiescence, not in exception from pain.Thus, he feels,

      ' Peace is us the golden wisp that binds the sheaf of blessings.'3




              Definitely speaking, he flushens himself that it is important to consider the long historical evolution of the concept of peace which has been enriched by progressive definitions of its meaning and by methodologies for its implementation. He, being influenced himslf with peace where the embracing is rowed  and wooed to shine life

through fineness. Thus, he writes,


' So let us embrace the harmony path ,

And all the bounties that it hath,

For in the end, our freedom will shine 

And we'll know that life would be fine.'4



       Nasser Al-Shaikh Ahmed has the significantful knowledge

and wisdom on devotion by fostering deep , personal connection with the divine, owing to  inner peace and spiritual growth.  He knows, devotion involves love, surrender, and unwavering commitment, which helps individuals overcome internal obstacles like ego and desire, and interconnects a framework for living a more meaningful life. He, enforcing into himself through movement to strengthen

felling with devotion.Thus, he writes,


' My woman, you are the force that moves me,

The power that strengthens my wall

With you, I feel invincible,

And I know we can conquer all.'5



        It's to say clearly that peace and devotion can bring to day to day life, attaching to man's journey and providing feeling of purpose beyond everday concerns Thus, a poem on him,


' You are the positive 

       attitude of any 

             meaning

Where adequate virtues are increased with realisation.


O, Nasser Al-Shaikh Ahamed,

Your emotional and practical needs are

philosophised with

satisfaction too.'6


         Nasser Al-Shaikh Ahmed adds himself to thought, devotion can also enhance personal feeling of spiritual texts and provides a sense of refuge and purpose amidst life's challenges. 


Spiritual and personal growth; and  is cared for an accessible path to spiritual kindling and liberation by helping individuals overcome internal obstacles like the mind's propencities and ego.  He endows that passion gives comfort through joy  by the affection and courage with possibility. Thus, he writes,


' Your passion heals my deepest wounds,

Comforts are in my darkest hour,

You bring me ; you make me happy,

And pour into me like a

rain shower.


Together, we can face any challange ,

And overcome my adversity,

For our affection gives us courage,

And opens us up to a new possibility.'7
         Nasser Al-Shaikh Ahmed is a a Saudi Arabian bilingual poet and writer; he writes poetry and short story in Arabic and English. He went to school at Sonoma State University at California , USA. Although his field of study is far from literature but his soul is immerged in poetry and writing. He is a member of many national and international magazines
and organisations. He has translated from Engilsh to Arabic several
poetries for poets from USA, Japan and Australia and published one poetry book in Arabic in 2013, by ( Arabian House for Science and Publishing ). He has won the second prize ' Zheng Nian Cup' China Literary Award, 2023. He has published one English book. He was awarded on 14.10.2023 by the L.A. Seneca International Academic  Literary Award, the Italian Academy of Philosophical Arts and Sciences, Bari-Italy.



         Guardingly speaking, Nasser Al-Shaikh Ahmed feels, devotion and allows for a deep, personal connection with a higher power, often characterized by love, surrender, and reverence; and, 

devotional practice helps to  cectify and purify  mind by burning away negative impressions and promoting mindfulness, leading to mental peace and clarity. He, glares the compassion, empathy and kindness are empowered through devotion through streaming of soul's journey. Thus, he writes,


' Marital bond is a reign that unities us,

Beyond gender , race and creed,

It's about compassion , empathy and under standing,

And treating others with kindness, indeed.


Let us cherish the power of devotion,

And celebrate it everyday,

For it binds us together, like streams in a river,

And guides us through the journey in everyday'8

     


   As a rule, Nasser Al- Shaikh Ahmed's poetries  sustain the

moral and proper guiding through the teaching and values where peace and  devotion provide moral and ethical compassing.
