Poems of Fadwa Attia (Egypt)
Free Palestine
Fadwa Attia (Egypt)
Palestine, oh land of the Arabs, is hot in the eyes of your children.
Many were martyred for you,
And your children cried for you,
But Palestine is the land of the Al-Aqsa Mosque
And the land of Olives and green crops.
Your family was martyred for you from Israel, and your nights.
Became sad, your children,
Your women, and your men were martyred,
And Sinwar became a hero that the world sings of.
Enough of the killing and fighting!
We see the hand of life and peace for the people of Palestine.
Palestine is Arab
And Al-Aqsa Mosque is a symbol of heroism and our cause.
Always My Lover
Fadwa Attia (Egypt)
I loved you day and night
I loved you and walked in love with your sanctuary .
Always my lover .
You will always be my love
No matter how far you are,
I love you in my heart,
Because your love is my guide in the desert and at night
I get lost in my world .
Your love for the guests is enough for me .
You are the love of a lifetime
Love of the whole world
My love,
Always remember me.
Do not forget my love.
Do not forget the days of your beloved waiting for you in the moments of your love for her .
It is eternal love that never forgets creativity.
Not me
Fadwa Attia ( Egypt)
Not me, Because I am surprised by that time,
Time is strange,
Our feelings were lost,
Our feelings were lost,
We became like a machine,
Everything became soulless, tasteless, colorless,
Every day is more difficult than the previous one,
Why does love not prevail in our lives,
Why do we not ignore goodness and love and search for the unreasonable,
Why, why has it become a strange time in all its meanings?
It has become a harsh time.
Concepts and feelings have changed,
Interests have prevailed, and love has been lost.
Have we become in a forest, or what?
I am not me.
Take me to the virtuous city of Plato where
Love, imagination, and honesty are,
Until I return to myself.
I am not me.
Why Do Our Moments of Love End
Fadwa Attia ( Egypt)
I loved your love and spent my days with you.
Why then why do our moments of love end in separation Because our love is not by our hands but from God?
For how long?
Then for how long?
I chose our days, we cried,
Our love separated,
But my heart beats with your love and you still love me.
Why did you leave,
My lifelong lover?
We may return to each other,
But will our love remain as it was?
It is nothing but a little love from me to you and
I leave it to God who arranges our days,
My lifelong lover.
Why Did I Love You?
Fadwa Attia from Egypt
Why did I love you? Why?
I loved the sky in your eyes.
I loved our memories together.
I loved everything that brought us together.
You became my home and my family.
You became everything to me.
My view of the world changed.
After we loved each other,
I changed.
You became my whole life in a long night.
You became a dream for all of me. One night he comes to me in a dream.
A lover I loved, and we were together through thick and thin.
Our memories are endless,
Our dreams are relentless.
We have become lovers in the sanctuary of love,
And we will remain lovers in the sanctuary of eternal love.
Our love never ends no matter what happens.
Eternal love never dies.
My Life Long Love
Fadwa Attia (Egypt)
I have waited for you so much, my beloved, and I have hope that your love will be like the sea whose waves do not calm down. Your love has become the focus of my life. Do you feel me or not? Your distance has increased a lot, and my days have become lost to me and I have become no longer the one who loved you. Come back, beloved of my life, to my warm heart with your love. Come back. You will find me waiting for you, wandering in love during your days, and getting lost with you in the moments of my life, my lifelong lover.
