Poem - Desire (Gaonese Poetry), Poetess - Alondra Gutiérrez Vargas (Costa Rica)

Desire (Gaonese Poetry)
Alondra Gutiérrez Vargas (Costa Rica)

I desire your tongue with mine...
The prism of madness that you invite,
Desired sighs, mischievous
Between the body, shaken letters,
The enchantment of a flower, of agony.
Your intuitive light never misleads,
Though not of its forbidden flowers.
It provokes my soul, firm in its love.
Before wanting anything, I knew.
Then I placed my soul in prayers...
I fell prey to your maddening accent...
And I cannot live without your kisses.
