Beautiful Inside and Outside

Dr. Omatee Ann Marie Hansraj 

Trinidad and Tobago 

A heart so pure, a gentle soul,  

Where kindness and compassion stroll,  

With every word, a soft embrace,  

Reflecting warmth, a quiet grace.

Eyes that shine with empathy,  

A mirror of sincerity,  

Each smile a beacon, bright and true,  

A light that others’ hearts pursue.

In every action, strength is found,  

A beauty that goes soul-deep, profound,  

Not just in looks, but in the heart,  

Where true and lasting beauty starts.

For beauty isn’t skin alone,  

It’s in the love and care you’ve shown,  

A harmony of soul and face,  

That makes the world a better place.  

So here’s to you, both strong and kind,  

Beautiful in heart and mind,  

A radiant force, both near and wide,  

Beautiful, inside and outside.
