INVERTED DRAWING
The night rains tears of oblivion,
the blank page shudders,
harvesting winter in the middle of
Spring
Where the moon shines alone in its sadness
The smoke I exhale is an inverted drawing,
Like the image of my face reflected
In a mirror
These are the details I count on…
Love from a time past,
That blinds me when dawn breaks,
Even if it pours and my gestures grow lukewarm
I don't want to remain stuck in a ghost
Without having stolen its fire.

BEING HERE
Between the school of fish and my finger
between the precision of the prism
and what the prism returns to me/
This is the sphere,
bustling each letter
of my pen…
And one has to be here
like the eyelids that do not speak,
but trace life
intercepting horror and beauty
One has to be here,
watch the night wander
with absolved eyes
on a floating horizon.
But be here!
Because inspiration does not know its fabrics
nor its jurisdiction…
And I am here…
Between the sacred and the great river
blindly solfeggioing an unknown
music…

THE SONG OF PEACE
The song of peace is not a whisper,
It is a silent roar that rises
From the ashes of war.
An underground river that seeks
A channel in the dry heart
Of violence.
It is the beat of a heart
That beats with the force of a thousand suns,
A heart that does not know
The rhythm of hate.
It is a tree that leans
Over an abyss,
Its roots clinging to hope,
Its branches extended toward the sky
In search of the rain of peace.
It is a flame that burns
In the darkness,
A fire that does not consume,
But lights
The path to reconciliation.
It is a blank canvas
Waiting to be painted
With the colors of peace,
A canvas that does not know
The gray of indifference.

GUILTY
He came and prostrated himself
Before an altar of shadows,
With extensive veils, spread
Over every color
Over every form
Over every time
Ancient or future
Guilty
The sentence was pronounced
By the restless horses that galloped
In his mind
Each one was a voice
Each voice a death
And each death a sorrow
The whip incites the memory
of lost faces
Of gestures that have fled to the sea
Of broken voices
Of words that have hurt
Guilty
With withered violets in his hands
And the desolation of the whirlpool
At his door
