PEACE BEYOND LOVE

Amb. Pantas Pangihutan Sitompul

Peace is so beautiful

Peace is the pinnacle of love

There is no word as lovely as peace

Only in peace, our love can fully grow

Only in peace can we enjoy this life without tears

Without a sense of peace, we’ll all perish without meaning

War only hastens death in the futility of life...

.

Yes, we are aware that life is only once

And can not be repeated again

And no one can extend his/her life, when the time comes

Sometimes in love there is still hate

But for peace, we must pull out all the thorns of hatred

For peace, we should let go our super-ego

For the sake of togetherness for all...

.

The price of peace is so - so - expensive, beyond souls...

The sense of peace exceeds the value of prosperity

Peace and tranquility can save millions of lives

Only in peace, we can feel heaven on earth – without peace we have died

Even wealth is unable to appease one’s soul that is always in restless

What is the meaning of having all the wealth of this world, if there is no peace in our heart... !

My world

My words, and my life

I have sailed the seven oceans

And plunged into the ocean of words

.

I've seen many things 

I've felt thousand of feelings

I've experienced the real and unreal

And understanding about life and dead

To tell the world in words through Poetry 

.

In my veins flew million of words 

From the Oasis of my inner heart

Beating and flowing with feelings 

With the eruption of soft emotion

Composing elegant words into Poetry.

The Secret of Love

Love is a heart frequency 

Hand in hand toward a lovely legacy 

Feeling fancy

There should be no discrepancy 

Away from a jealousy tendency 

A strong bonding in intimacy

A winning heart as ultimate supremacy !

.

A fantastic beauty in harmony

A peaceful road and free thorny 

Gentle hearts' testimony 

Like a strong solid Ebony 

Lead noble souls to a beautiful destiny

Where divine love away from gluttony 

Belongs to a few, not to many...

Bio of the Poet:

Pantas Pangihutan Sitompul, was born on 4th of July 1964 in Jakarta – Indonesia, and lived in Kota Bekasi – West Java, a World Poet Laureate of Pentasi B. His single anthologies are: Poetry Wisdom, Crystals of Morning Dew, Puisi Iman Kristen in bahasa Indonesia, he also translated Bonsai Blossom of Dr. Madan G. Gandhi into Indonesian. Contributor with other renowned poets in over 30 anthologies, and some Coffee Tables by Sethi Krishan Chand. 

He joined some FB Poetry Groups since 2014 upto now, as moderator and admin, as follows: Poetry for Peace, Bangladesh Literature Archive, The Dream of Equality Indonesia as Executive President, Pentasi B Poetry Friendship as moderator and group expert.
