I Wish Sometime

Derviša Grabus Čolaković 

 I wish to go far away sometime,

 to be carried away by the colors of the rainbow.

 To be swayed by the gentle breeze,

 and to visit my old paths.

 To revive my old memories,

 while they froze when I hid them.

 To join them even for a moment,

 I was also lost for a long time.

 Let the blue waves carry me,

 in the arms of the imagination that wakes me up.

 Give me a hug, I'll surrender

 and I will always take what she offers me.

 I will wake up in glades of green,

 with the murmur of the river and the chirping of birds.

 I will give drink to the soul that is thirsty, 

 i want to feel like a girl.

 I want to warm my frozen hands,

 I touch the heart in your bosom.

 I want to grow up for him too,

 and all that is in you I want to conquer.
