Arelis Danger de la Cruz (Cuba)
In the daily struggle we find ourselves,
Women present and united,
Raising our voices with strength and determination,
For our rights in society.
With every step we take, with every word we speak,
Let us demand equality, respect and dignity,
We will not allow ourselves to be silenced or ignored,
We are an essential part of history and the present.
With our hands raised, our hearts united,
We know that together we are stronger,
The path to equality is long,
But with courage and solidarity we walk it.
We move forward without fear, breaking chains and barriers,
Because we all deserve more,
Because the world needs our voice and our power,
To be a more just and equitable place.
Today and always, at every dawn,
Women are present and standing tall,
Nuilding a better future,
Where we all live in freedom.
