Mirta Liliana Ramirez is from the Province of Chaco, Argentina. She is a poet and writer since the age of 12. She has been a Cultural Manager for more than 35 years.she is a Creator and Director of the Writers and Artists Groups: Together for Letters, Artwriters, MultiArt, JPL World Youth, Together for Letters Uzbekistan 1 and 2. She firmly defends that culture is the key to uniting all the countries of the world. It works only with its own, free and integrative projects on a global cultural level. She has created the Cultural Movement with Cultural Raking and Conformation of the New Cultural Belts at the local level and also from Argentina to the world. She was awarded at the National and International level. She has been named Dr. in Humanitarian issues, Creativity and in defense of Peace by several countries. She obtained 2 Honoris Causa in 2021 and 2022.
