Inner Self And Spirit in Santosh Kumar Pokharel's Poetry

Dr. Manoranjan Das

         Evergreen poet Santosh Kumar

Pokharel acknowledges the reality, recognising with the importance of thought where rational distinguishment is reflected with inner self and spirit. He, the great poet feels that the inner self and spirit are the deep, authentic, and non-physical dimensions of human being, and human inner self encompasses your private thoughts, values, intuition, and emotions where mind's spirit is purely, eternal essence—the animating force or consciousness that connects men to a sense of universal purpose and higher meaning. He composes the heart's raising through inner self where the life is traversed with confidence and guide. Thus, he writes,

'Which poem you like I should compose?

Could touch your heart and could raise my cause

This way she is inner self yours, ignite

Give me some light!

My poems have traversed such ling along way

Come across many could but some sway

Some much that little I could confide

Wish you me to guide'.1

Clearly speaking, the poet with uniqueness shines his thought through poetry that the exploring connection between these two aspects helps unlock deeper self-awareness and peace, and the inner self through the core identity where that is the 'real you' behind societal expectations, the ego, and your physical appearance is rowed the space where mind's intuition in hidden desires to the personal values is under. He refreshes poem, by mingling with the supposition through the confinement through rhyming to ponder sunshine. Thus, he writes,

'My poems have mingled, you may suppose

Mingled with love and eros that rose

For mingling with you, you won't confine

Accept! no whine.

May this poem shower words of my rhyme

Give her your power of love sublime

Wish heart your ponder and head your shine

You be Divine!'2

Presumably speaking, Santosh kumar Pokharel flows his thought that exploring and strengthening the spiritual connection can be approached in several tangible ways, and, mindfulness through silence is dedicating time for quiet reflection or guided meditation that helps quiet the ego and anchors of awareness to the present moment. He attributes the universal submission forming with the gleeful mission through the permanent base artistically , propounding with clues, and, the highest road of kindness is cultivated for manhood by ranging with the manifestation of woo into infinity. Thus, a sonnet on him,

'You are the attribution of bright ideas ,

Referring the universal submission

Where absolute identical to a base.

Are normed and formed to a gleeful mission.

Your sphere of balance through human virtues

Is artistically under realm with freedom,

Naturalising with profoundness with clues

Of earnestness with state, ah! at random.

You are the declarer of the highest

Zone of manhood where aptly kindness is

Lavishly cultivated to the best;

Here you modify your good mood with full range.

You are the manifestation of woo,

Where your infinity is to and fro.'3

Genuinely speaking, Santosh Kumar Pokharel turns his thought through poetry that exploring beliefs and valued reflect on what men genuinely believe—and openly living by those convictions—builds stability in both men's mind and relationships. He carries the spirit, by worshipping Shiva where the covering of general humanity is roamed and stormed. Thus, he writes,

'Spirit was evoked just before

On the left of the Koshi river shore

Which does lie in the east of Nepal

I recall.

Tantrik asked God Shiva that he might

Create him with his power outright

And lo see, appeared form the void

A humanoid!'4

Nourishingly speaking, he acts through his poetry that onnecting with nature for spending time outdoors without digital distractions allows men to relax their mental focus and tune into a broader sense of peace and awareness. He specialises his thought through poetry that the covering above the general human form blows around the previous form. Thus, he writes,

'He was clad in the black robe,

That covered him from toe to above

Stood in a general human form.

That was a storm

His robes flapped with a heavy sound

In the air that was blowing a around

No head ears there but his trunk,

Black and shrunk.

Then the tantric asked him raise his size

Then he grew above twenty fit height

Then squeezed to the previous form.

I confirm.'5

Santosh Kumar Pokharel is a well- known Multilingual Global Poet and thinker of our time. His writings are dedicated to different walks of life.            Notably speaking, he mentions in his poetry that writing down men's innermost thoughts, emotions, and personal aspirations can help a busy mind and clarify his life's purpose, and, if men would like to explore further, for letting them known, and, therefore, men, always are looking to start a new meditation or mindfulness routine, and men prefer to guide themselves to practices like apps or videos, independent journaling is men's primary goal to find peace or stress or relief or to discover their life's purpose. He, the great poet, Santosh Kumar Pokharel accepts the divinely truth through inner self and spirit through successful and gratefulness, grinning with phoenix flying Thus, a poem,

'Truth , you are divine,

You always shine.

You make man successful,

You make a man grateful.

You shower beauty on the earth of the mind

Where peace bathes indeed.

You always win,

Never fail, although a devil gives you a grin.

Your words are the roars of the thunderstorms

And the lion to the liars.

You always have a struggle against lie

And being a phoenix you fly.'6

Plurally speaking, Santosh Kumar Pokharel liberates his thought into poetry that one can help life's tailor a specific path that anyone fits his lifestyle, by awakening his inner senses and connection with his moral spirit, and,

all journeys have a destination in mind, a goal towards which one attempts to reach through some sort of effort, and, therefore, a requirement of time is involved here.

He has the pose through intelligence, disciplining with the modest of moment that shakes through air. Thus, he writes,

'He replied to the questions that we posed

He replied to all what had those cause

Was intelligent and disciplined like a folk

Was not a joke.

He was so modest though was again

One could hardly in life such a moment find

His trink did not shake in the air,

To my despair.'8

Embracingly speaking, Santosh Kumar Pokharel endures that strengthening the inner self is owed to the challenges and benefits of developing a more solid spirit into inner self among reasons are deepened into conversations about life's big questions like those men create space to commonify. He continues to contribute himself through harmony and humanity, gentling with clarity where the great symphony is rebelled to remain through extinction and imagination. Thus, a poem,

'So, the cirus continues without conclusion .

From the first cave echo to digital thunder.

Humanity remains a singer of.

Each life contributes a fleeting note.

Some voices whisper with gentle clarity.

Others rise like storms against injustice.

Yet none are lost in the great symphony.

Time gathered them within its patient memory.

The sages, the poets, the rebels remain.

their thoughts travel like starlight through centuries.

The voice of the wisdom refuses extinction.

It survives within language and imagination.'8

Above all, Santosh Kumar Pokharel's poetry carries the iterated universal hood through pluralism with inner self and spirit.
