Truthfulness  And Proper Thought in 'Breathing Consciousness : Discover The Power of Your Breath' of Prof. Anders Olsson

Dr. Manoranjan Das

        Prof. Anders Olsson, the great thinker of the world and the Chairman of the Nobel Committee for literature sparks in his idea that the importance of breathing consciousness lies in its ability to improve both physical and mental well-being by influencing the body's stress response and promoting a state of calm,and, this practice can lower blood pressure and heart rate, reduce stress hormones, boost immune function, improve focus, and help to manage pain. He goldenifies his thought on such a way that breathing rowed to achannel for supplying oxygen where the conscious mind is authenticated to stimuli to incoming.Thus, he writes,

       'When our breathing is dysfunctional oxygen supply is limited, and the conscious mind will work a little slower and perceive incoming stimuli as slightly more stressful and threatening.'1

        Consciousness is mingled with the greennss where regularly focusing on your inhaling and exhaling can also improve sleep, muscle tension, and over all feelings of calm and mental clarity. Breathing must be taken from green zone. Thus, poem must be added,

'Green, Green, Green everywhere
The spraying green gardens
Watering of thirsty trees
Give them more than enough and do not forget the shrubs ,
Go on watering , trees are thirsty
The weeds between the flowers - these too
Need to be discarded
The parts of the green lawn
Are fresh , even the soil take care to refresh.
To welcome the new dawn.'2

         Originally speaking, controlled breathing lowers stress hormones like colostoral and activates the parasympathetic nervous system, which signals the body to 'rest and digest', and, by calming the nervous system, conscious breathing can directly lead to a lower heart rate and blood pressure, and,
slow, deep breathing before bed can help calm the mind, making it easier to fall and stay asleep. He, the great, Anders Olsson lifts through thought that the lungs help to circulate blood through the exchange of effectiveness. Thus, he writes,

       'Since your lungs are narrow at the top and wide at the bottom, there are many more alveolar sacs and blood vessels  in the bottom part of the lungs, thus, making blood blow at the bottom of the lungs ten times greater than at the top. So far the gas exchange to the effective, the inhealed air should reach the lower parts of the lungs.' 3

       Associately speakig, the realistic writer attaches himself through his thought for manhood that deep, diaphragmatic breathing can release tension in the neck and shoulders, which can help reduce postural pain, and, better tissue oxygenation and stress reduction work together to support a healthier immune response.  He poured through his prominency that walking through dreams,hopes are humanised through the helping of breathing.Thus, a poem,

'Inspite of my country, I am now.....
Who walks holding the hands of the dreams.
The hopes comes to the stars of my eyed.
Landless tears flow through the valley of the cheeks.
The eyes of the sky blink;
My eyes stare atthe humanity'.4

          Essencially speaking, Anders Olsson elitifies that breathing exercises can help decrease the perception of pain by calming the nervous system, and,।by increasing oxygen to the brain, conscious breathing can boost cognitive functions like concentration and memory. He, the great essayist Anders Olsson  informs that breathong is owed to feelings, relating to organ like brain for stengthening immune system. Thus, he writes,

       'Our breathing mirrors what is going on in our bodies - our thoughts and feelings,

whether we are still or on the more etc. By taking control of our breathing, we can influence our thoughts and feelings, our internal organs, such as the heart and brain, as well as our bodily functions , such as digestion and the immune system.'5

        Profoundly speaking, Anders Olsson helps people through thought that the increasing of  emotional regulation provides a tool to navigate difficult emotions and thoughts, creating space to respond with intention rather than reacting impulsively, and,

being aware of the breath can help you stay present in the moment and foster a greater sense of peace and well-being. He argues through his sense of idea that breathing consciousness is necessicitated with the truth, by prefering happiness and turning to account where inhaling and exhaling into duration .Here the  contamination is consisted with moments deeds through noblest norm.Thus, a poem is added,

'Breathing consciousness is rowed to happiness where
The free necessity and truth are under
Foundation of life is, as it were ;
Here happiness is farmed ; that's to prefer.

You are into the sense with concentration,
By turning everything to account, at all;
Through exhaling and inhaling sigh with duration
Of life is exercised ; that's monumental.

Here contanimation is consisted
With domes of love and wisdom, by desiring
Through haves where profoundness existed
With the strength by day to day deeds, rearing.

Breathing consciousness is seemed to consistence;
Here's impulsed with noblest and pleasurable obedience.'6

       The immense thinker and writer  naturalises with his thought that it can help reduce lactic acid build up and improve blood circulation, which speeds up muscle recovery after exercise. He, further, naturalises that

regular practice of breathing exercises offers many other advantages, supported by clinical studies. He had the mitochondria for inclusion and conclusion, by leading his views. Thus, he writes,

        'Furthermore, fat can only be burnt in the mitochondria,  do not work well or not at all becsause of oxygen deficiency, the ability to burn fat decreases .In conclusion, poor breathing may lead to being overweight.'7

           Whitenly speaking, Prof. Anders Olsson enriches his preference that safe conscious breathing generally describes the act of developing a soft awareness of your breath as it moves in and out. He endows that the breathing consciousness is decorated with the fresh wind through rhythm of satisfection. Thus, a poem,

'Here is the sound of rain,
In hidden, you can touch the success directly;
You can be the sun of dawn in foggy horizon;
You are with your decoration at sudden wind;
You can get rhythm of satisfection in the world, all over the life.'8

          Truly speaking, Anders Olsson assumes with correctfulness that controlling breath can help to manage stress and stress-related conditions, and, controlled breathing can cause physiological changes that include better health channel, and, it's not just inspiration, but, careful breathing can help man's health. Therefore, he feels that blood is pumped around the body an fluidly activated on muscular.Thus, he writes,

    'We have more lymphatic fluid than blood in our body,

but unlike our blood , which is pumped around  the body by our heart, our lymph fluid lacks its own pump, which is why lymphatic fluid on muscular activity.'9

           Supremely speaking, Anders Olsson   brightens his thought in a way that deep breathing can improve blood glucose in healthy people, and, breathing exercises also have been shown to bolster mental health as well as physical health. He forms his thought that the taking breath is very important and people must take fresh air and man must think,

' Choking of breath of human life like the billowing smoke chimneys; the choking may be in the form of ghetto wing social equality or perpetuating the systematic economic disparities; the triad organs of the state serving the common cause of business houses...'10

         Therefore, Prof.Anders Olsson carries the spontaneous feeling for succeeding phases through the essence of the phenomenon of life with the consciousness of breathig, at all.
