Moments And Treasure in Dr. Frieda Norma Dela Cruz's Poetry

          Dr. Frieda Norma Dela Cruz, the coexistant poetess of Philipines cleans her view through poetry that
moments depend on the context, but generally refers to their importance, often marking events, changes, or statistical characteristics, and, in a personal sense, moments can be personally significant and have a lasting emotional impact, while in physics and statistics, they are used to describe the properties and behavior of objects and distributions. She  broadcasts that in the duration of life every human has not run into procrastination, but he must refer himself into the tick-tock moments with clock. Thus, she writes,

' Procrastination is like a thief
You lose time in quite grief.
If task not done at the right time
Surely, you break the rules of golden time.

In every tick of the cycling clock
Dreams defered under lock
A cycle spum of ' not just yet,'
A volume of execuses finely set.'1


           Dr. Frieda Noma Dela Cruz, was born on June 12, 1953 at Sta , Maria Illocos Sur, Philipines.Now , she resides in Tarlac City, she is widow with two children. Frieda Norma is an Entrepreneur, a ' Published Author' , writer, poet, fluently speaks in English, Philipino, Ilacano languages. She's learning other languages at present, Spanish , Hindi and others. As writer, she is an Administrator to these groups: Filipino Poets in Blososoms , self published, X movement, United Poets at Heart, Writer's Waves, Meet the poets, Poets corner of, AVIMANYU, Literary foundation Intermational.

      She implores that
a moment's importance is often personal and tied to how it impacts us emotionally, marking significant events, personal changes, or important realizations, and,
from a philosophical and spiritual perspective, the significance lies in being present in the moment, letting go of the past, and not worrying about the future. She refers from her core that a lesson is opportunates through cycle where easiness is rowed to  happiness.Thus, she writes,

' Yet in the subtle thief , a lesson hides
In every day, opportunity resides to cut the cycle, take the leap
For time is precious, not to keep,

Time is never enough
Time is easy but also rough
Time can make    happy or sad
Time is something you want more but never had.'2
            Dr. Frieda Norma Dela Cruz brightens her view that
the treasure is multifaceted, encompassing both tangible riches like gold and jewels, and intangible assets like knowledge, memories, and spiritual love, and, It can represent financial prosperity, hidden potential, and cultural heritage, or hold deep personal, emotional, and spiritual value depending on the context. She has the journey with treasure of thought where everything is believed and faithful alone. Thus, she writes,

' As I travel life' s journey
I've found my treasure
It costs me nothing
But it's worth everything
to me.

The world is my own
I believe and never
will I grieve
For the faith in my
heart.
I will never walk alone.'4

        Consciously speaking, Dr. Frieda Norma Dela Cruz conceptualizes her idea that items of outstanding archaeological or cultural importance, often protected by law for public and future generations,and, treasure refers to valuable, hidden, or untapped knowledge or wisdom. , Thus ,she accepts,

        'Deeply cherished possessions, memories, or relationships that hold personal meaning, emotional attachments, and shape one's identity.

In religious traditions, treasure can symbolize divine favor, spiritual love, devotion, or a reward for piety. '5

            She , the authentic poetess covers that
the act of seeking treasure, like in a treasure hunt, can be significant for promoting adventure, connecting with nature, and escaping daily routines, and,
treasure someone means viewing them as valuable and worthy of careful treatment. She permits that it keeps through healing, blessing with the promises where fatherly  greatness is treasured too.Thus , she writes,

' He is my treasure that
keeps watch over me
Heals me when I'm sick
He blesses me and
keeps giving me His love
and Promises.

I've known Him as my
Father
I've known Him as my
Friend
I've known Him as my
Greatest Treasure
In His Kingdom,
I belong!'6
        It's real that Dr. Frieda Norma  Dela Cruz carries her thought through poetry where the good deeds of construction are rowed to act bearingwith moments and treasur of feelings.
