Prof. Dr. Tzemin Ition Tsai, Ph.D. was born in a serene fishing village along the southern coast of Taiwan in 1957. As a full professor and a columnist for ' Chinese Language Monthly,' he has devoted his life to education, culture and the arts. He is passionate about writing and love to describe natural scenery, human relations , and human emotions in his literary works. He has won numerous national literary awards and his literary works have been published in books, journals and newspapers in over 50 countries and translated over 50 countries and translated into over 25 languages. He received many awards.

Dancing harmony's call, dissolving in existence's frame work
Are we merely a songular nation,
Or an ever-expanding
world?'6
