Prof Dr. Laxmikanta Dash is a multi-faceted personality and a bilingual poet who has excelled his proficiency in various field of art and culture. At present Dr. Dash is serving as Head of the Department (HOD), Education at Sukinda College, Sukinda, Jajpur, Odisha, India having more than thirty years of teaching experiences.““Dr. Dash garnered numerous accolades from various literary organisations in India and abroad. He has received more than thirty three numbers of honorary doctorate from various universities and organisations of the world. To his credit Dr. Dash has received prestigious honorary D- Litt from UNO and Theopany University, USA in Education. His poem is enlisted in "Hyper Poem" Guinness book of World Records.He won International Gandhian Peace Award from Casa Poetica, Colombia and Classical Poetry Award,Best English Poet Award from Bangladesh. His many poems has been translated into different languages like Spanish, Romania, Urdu, Bengali. Bliss can't upholds through treacherous character

As if i am an infant learner

Horizontally i stand silently on your base line 

Taste your honey water like loving wine. 

My peckish passion is pellucid for you

Collects eternal happiness without any frost
