Pain And the World
Dr. Sudipta Mishra (Odisha, India)
They see your pain as light as feathers
But daily, you bargain with loads of painful chapters
You know the pain that never leaves you free
The baggage of pain, always you carry
They think that it's so easy to bury
The bloody stains of pain from the tracks of your memory
They treat it as an imbalanced glass of wine
You hold the pain that sets you apart from them
For millions of years, pain has chosen only one person
With grace,
you have been there for embracing pain
By shocking everyone
in the waiting room
While absorbing,
the nectar of pain
You have emerged as a warrior of the foul life's game!

তারা তোমার কষ্টকে হালকা করে দেখে পালকের মতো
কিন্তু প্রতিদিন, তুমি বেদনাদায়ক অধ্যায়ের বোঝা নিয়ে দর কষাকষি কর
তুমি জানো না সেই ব্যথা যা তোমাকে কখনই মুক্ত করে না
যন্ত্রণার মালপত্র, সর্বদা তুমি বহন কর
তারা মনে করে যে কবর দেওয়া অত্যন্ত সহজ
তোমার স্মৃতির চিহ্ন থেকে বেদনার রক্তাক্ত ছোপ
তারা এটিকে ভারসাম্যহীন মদের গ্লাস হিসাবে বিবেচনা করে
তুমি সেই যন্ত্রণাকে ধরে রাখো যা তোমাকে তাদের থেকে আলাদা করে
লক্ষ লক্ষ বছর ধরে, বেদনা কেবল একজনকেই বেছে নিয়েছে
করুণার সাথে,
তুমি ব্যথাকে আলিঙ্গন করার জন্য রয়েছ সেখানে
প্রত্যেককে চমকে দিয়ে
বিশ্রামাগারে
শোষণ করার সময়ে,
ব্যথার অমৃত
জীবনের অশ্লীল খেলার যোদ্ধা হয়ে তুমি বাহির হয়েছ!
