Loneliness, Painfulness And Significance of the Spring in Sherzod Artikov's Poetry

              Sherzod Artikov, the inmate poet of Uzbekistan, ornates that loneliness serves as a signal for the need for social connection and has serious negative impacts on both mental and physical health, including increased risk for chronic diseases, a decline in quality of life, and even premature death, and, recognizing loneliness as a public health issue is crucial, as it can lead to conditions like depression, cardiovascular disease, and poor sleep, and is comparable in health risk to obesity or smoking. He extends his theme and thought through poetry  that he has the ash like staring to the horizon where homeland is into remenesence the child days. Thus, he writes,

'The great one's ashes rest here
In the cemetry of vain Paris.
Among strangers a lonely tomb
As if staring into horizon sadly.
From here impossible it is
To see kindly land of Argentine
The homeland where he was born
The homeland where he was spent
His childhood and adolescence.'1

           Sherzod Artikov was born in 1985 in Marghilan city of Uzbekistan. He graduated from Ferghana Polytechnic institute in 2005 . His works are more often published in the republican inside presses . He mainly write stories and essays. His first book ' The Autumn's Sympathy ' was published in 2020. He is one of the winners of the national literary contest 'My Pearl Region ' in direction of prose.
           He was published in such Russian and Ukraine

Besides his stories were published in the literary magazines and websites of Kazakestan, USA, Serbia, Montenegro, Turkey, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Egypt, Slovenia, Germany, Greece, China, Peru, Saudi Arabia, Mexico, Argentine , Spain, Italy, Bolivia, Costarica, Romania, India, Poland, Guatemala, Israel, Belgium, Indonesia, Colombia, Albania Lebanon etc.
             Spinningly spraking, Sherzod Artikov drafts his idea through poetry that loneliness acts as an internal signal that a person needs more social interaction,and, this can motivate individuals to reach out to friends and family or join social groups to build stronger connections. He knows,

'Loneliness is associated with negative psychological states like depression, hostility, and pessimism. It can be a concomitant of more severe disorders, such as borderline personality disorder and schizophrenia.'2

       Referably speaking, Sherzod Artikov appropriates through  poetry that chronic loneliness is linked to a higher risk of physical and mental, and, loneliness can disrupt sleep patterns, leading to insomnia and poor-quality sleep due to higher levels of stress hormones. He knows, it rows to capricios claiming through grey clouds as well as horizon shines and smiles too.Thus, he writes,

'No you can not see it,
Can not see it, at all, painful tomb
It's as obvious as
Two and two is equal to four.
But, a stubborn grave
Does not want to admit it
And it's capricious claiming
To the grey clouds
To a half-nacked trees
That beyond the horizon shines
The radiant smile of the motherland.'3 

             Continuously speaking, Sherzod Artikov distncts that pain serves as a protective alarm system, alerting the body to actual or potential harm, and can influence behavior to avoid future danger, and, this includes both immediate, acute pain from injuries like touching a hot stove, and the ongoing, persistent discomfort of chronic pain, which can have significant physical, emotional, and social impacts. Thus, he feels,

'Pain is not just a physical sensation; it is a complex experience involving biological, psychological, and social factors, and its meaning can vary based on individual and cultural cont. Pain is a crucial survival mechanism that warns of tissue damage and prompts a reflexive withdrawal from a noxious stimulu.
       

Pain helps individuals learn to avoid dangerous situations, such as preventing future contact with a hot stove.
      
 Pain encourages protecting the injured body part and motivates rest, which is vital for healing.'4

             Gorgeously speaking, Sherzod Artikov  effonters that significance beyond protection that the experience of pain involves emotional components and can be intensified by psychological factors like stress, depression, and anxiety. He asserts that golden look is mistified with springtime through the blooming. Thus, he writes,

'I like the Autumn
I like the golden look of it
I like the smell of the leaves
The cold rains with a sour taste
And thick mists with a sad sigh .
Now it is springtime outside
It rustles as if dancing
A soft wind blows from the south
Passerby pass with a smile on their faces
The abricos tree is blooming madly.'5
          
           Valuably speaking, Sherzod Artikov notablises that Autumn's and Spring's significance is multifaceted, encompassing agricultural importance as a harvest season and symbolism of change, transition, and preparation,and, it marks the culmination of the growing season, with celebrations focused on gratitude for the year's bounty, and represents a shift from the warmth of summer to the cold of winter. He feels,

         'Spiritually and philosophically, it can symbolize clarity, a time for introspection, and preparing for the future, both in nature and in personal life.  
     
Autumn is the traditional time to harvest major crops like grains, fruits, and vegetables, which has been a central focus for many cultures throughout history.'6


           Positively speaking, he, the great poet garlandises that the Spring can represent a time of reflection, clarity, and spiritual renewal after the rainy season or the fullness of summer. In some traditions, it is also seen as a time of preparing for battle or a period when deities maintain order during transition. He widens that morning is here glanced longingly through the cheerfulness. Thus, he writes,

'Is it in front of the window like this:
From morning till evening serenely
With a cough on my throat
With a pain in my stomach
With a cup of hot coffee
And a book by Garsia Marquez in my hands.
Sometimes I glance longingly
To nature, to people, to everyone
And mutter' oh, where are you my Autumn?'
But instead of answer
The cheerful Spring again
Makes a rustling noise there.'7

       Appropriately speaking, Sherzod Artikov assembes his thought into poetry, by acknowledging  the arena of loniless, painfulness and significance of Spring.
