Freedom for Palestine

Gaza lies in ruins under smoke and flame,
Homes reduced to dust, erased of name.
Streets once alive now echo silent cries,
Children searching shadows where the daylight dies.

Families displaced with nowhere left to go,
Clutching fragments of a life they used to know.
Scarcity of water, bread, and aid so thin,
Hope survives though fear lives deep within.

Airstrikes thunder on without restraint,
Each new dawn brings grief too strong to paint.
Gunfire breaks the fragile threads of peace,
Dreams are shattered, never finding release.

Across the West Bank tension rises high,
Lives confined beneath a watchful eye.
Borders tighten, pressure builds each day,
Peace remains a distant, fading way.

The world responds with voices raised in plea,
Humanity demands that people be set free.
Gaza’s wounds cry out beneath the sky,
Seeking mercy where unanswered questions lie.

Freedom is not a word of empty air,
But the right to live with dignity and care.
To wake in peace beneath a hopeful sun,
Where every child can dream and not run.

May silence fall on guns and endless pain,
And life be given back to those in strain.
Let dawn return with light both warm and true,
For Palestine — a future bright and new.
