POEM - SOCRATES' DREAM, Poet - Edy Samudra Kertagama (Indonesia)
SOCRATES' DREAM
Edy Samudra Kertagama
Socrates' dreams were lost in vain
black stone fire place
boil water
still like the past
stuck in silence
looking for a way home.
Oh wind
oh rain
and waves
crush all arrogance
and don't remember this land
because everyone has forgotten
would be wrong
will go astray
from his young age.
