A kind of grass, of wood, of flower

A kind of world

Spring in Yangcheng

Is a world of Bauhinia

On tall trees

Pink red branches as phoenix-tails

In the gentle breeze of February

Are tenderly dancing and singing

With startled flowers falling

ফেব্রুয়ারির মৃদু হাওয়াতে

কোমলভাবে নাচছে এবং গান গায়ছে

Sophy Chen, Lihua Chen, born in Lueyang, Hanzhong, Shannxi Province, China, is the Chinese contemporary poet, translator, publisher and world poetry manager. She graduated from English Institute of Xi'an International Studies University in English Literature.
