WE ARE VERY SAD

Dr. Hanif 

INDIA

I love Bangladesh very much, their people and countrymen

Their soil, the fields, the springs,and the mountains

They are lovely and sweet 

The people are very lovely

They know how to love, respect and honor the human beings 

Salute to the land of Dhaka,

Salute the land of heaven 

I miss again and again 

Salute to the beautiful roads, streets and trees along the banks 

Salute to great personalities, writers, poets and scholars 

Salute to my poet friends and colleagues who write,inspire and motivate 

And the one of my best friends 

Whom I lost and couldn't forget

Salute to his innocence, memories and drawn pictures,sealed in my soul

We are sad,I am very sad

Dear countrymen, love you much

Love you more than love

Love you from the core of my heart

l love ,love and love 

Your lovely cities where I spent my time with you

Dear people ! your behavior, helping attitude, support and love with sweet words are still wet in my mind and gives aroma

I hope, faith and pray 

Once more we will be on the same ground

Where nobody will caze us 

Again you and I be on the banks of peaceful river and 

Will sing a song of love freely 

 Of peace, prosperity, love and brotherhood.
