Thunder of Truth
By—Professor Dr. Mostafa Dulal
PhD (Dhaka University), BCS (General Education)

Rumors roar like thunder; truth burns bright,
Through the dark, rain dances into light.
Hate swells like rivers, drowning dreams away,
Conscience stands firm, showing the human way.

Greed pours poison deep through wounded ground,
Sin feeds the fire where lost hearts burn around.
Temple bells and prayers rise beneath one sky,
Different streams meet the sea, where all names die.

Power’s crown turns dust; its loud drums fade,
Tears fill history, where silent wounds are made.
When law bows down to gold or iron might,
Conscience strikes like thunder through the night.

Bribes may ring with coins, yet souls remain poor,
The mirror shows a face no mask can hide anymore.
Truth wakes broken hearts with a rising flame,
And lights all humankind beyond every name.

Let thunder shine like dawn through the night,
Let justice wake the land and make all hearts unite.
