POEM - PHOTOGRAPH, Poet - Hasan Ildız (Turkiye)

PHOTOGRAPH
Hasan Ildız (Turkiye)

I'm leaving a photo here.
He says, "What is this a photo of?"
Couldn't it be a poem about separation?
A rainy day on the shores of the Aegean.
Perhaps a telegram of death...

I carry naked words in my mouth.
If the city of my birth knew, it would rise up.
I am a continent, made up of three seas.
I lose my way in the darkness of the moon.
Who would know if I didn't say my name?

This is a report, about my resume.
At the meeting point of three different seas.
My father is kidnapping my mother.
If I cry, it will rain again.
A poem will get wet on the sidewalk across the street.
I'm leaving a photo here.

Sometimes I run away from home.
I call on everyone to die.
An Anemone comes from the mountain.
A white fabric from the Bezzazlar bazaar.
Fear and panic in Alya's eyes.
That's when I realize I'm going crazy.
I'm leaving a photo here.
