Love's Patience

Dr. Omatee Ann Marie Hansraj 

Love is patience,  

A tender, careing friend,  

In the quiet moments,  

It waits until the end.

Don't lose hope,  

Though the days may seem long,  

The heart knows its journey,  

And sings its own song.

What is for you,  

Will come in due time,  

Destiny's promise,  

In rhythm and rhyme.

For love is a bond,  

A light in the dark,  

Guiding you gently,  

With its spark.

So hold on to faith,  

Let your spirit endure,  

For love's gentle promise,  

Will always be pure.
